FIT4BABY®

FIT4BABY® is a prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and expert chats. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. FIT4BABY® is offered in 8-week sessions although enrollment is continuous; your session fee will be pro-rated based upon when you join the session. Enrollment in future sessions is automatic until 37 weeks of pregnancy; however, you may opt out of enrollment in future session(s) at any time prior to the start of any session. Make-up classes are permissible with another drop-in class on the FIT4MOM Oak Park River Forest schedule and must be completed during the same session that the missed class occurred.
