All workouts/meetings will be at Centre in Oak Park: 207 Harrison St.

KICKOFF Meeting will be Thursday, January 9th 7:30pm! It is very important you are there to understand what to expect and to best prepare.

Dates of workouts will be:

Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm January 16th - March 6th

Sundays 7:30 - 8:30am January 19th - March 9th

Please reach out to Katie or Liz if you can not make it to a class and we are happy to schedule you to a make up in another Fit4mom drop in class. They are not the same intensity but it's important you keep up your routine.

You cannot cancel, transfer or receive a refund for your Body Well session once you have paid. No-Show Policy: There are no refunds for missed classes although make-up classes are allowed with a drop-in class on the FIT4MOM Oak Park River Forest schedule during the session that the missed class occurred.
